Goulwen PENNEC has been admitted to the Paris bar since 2004.
He studied at the Universities of Rennes and Tours (Master 1 in Business Law and Master 2 in International business law).
After having acquired significant experience as an associate in both fields of liability/insurance law and commercial litigation, he has founded, with his partner Clément MICHAU, his own Office in the center of Paris.
A key component of his work is thus liability and insurance law, where he intervenes for European insurers but also for Commercial companies (dealing with product liability and industrial risk issues).
