Raimund E. Walch studied at the Universities of Erlangen-Nuremberg and Montpellier and has been admitted to the bar since 1996. He was also admitted as an English solicitor in 2007 and has been a member of the Law Society of England and Wales since then.
Raimund is a certified expert lawyer in construction and architectural law (Fachanwalt für Bau- und Architektenrecht) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London (MCIArb).
A key component of his work is private construction law, commercial and corporate law. He represents Central and Eastern European companies in their commercial dealings in Germany, particularly in matters involving work and residence permits, and also advises these clients on issues of European law. Apart from representing his clients in court, Raimund’s special field of expertise is the avoidance of disputes and their resolution by way of arbitration.
